Pricing for a DNA test for immigration purposes is dependent upon the number of participants involved in your DNA test. The cost for DNA testing starts at $895.00.

What is included in your DNA test?

The cost of your test includes DNA testing and analysis and the shipping fees going to the embassy. After the beneficiary’s samples are collected the samples will be shipped to our partner lab in the United States. 

Once testing and analysis are completed a copy of your results will be shipped to the requesting immigration agency like USCIS or the U.S. embassy on your family’s behalf.

Please note that DNA sample collection fees for embassy DNA collection appointments are not included in the cost of your DNA test. The embassy will contact the beneficiary by email or phone to provide appointment details and inform them of any sample collection fees.

Sample collection costs range between $25.00 and $100.00 per person on average. Collection costs are subject to change at the discretion of the embassy affiliate physician.

The standard method of DNA sample collection is performed by cheek samples. 

Where will my DNA sample collection appointment take place in the Dominican Republic?

The U.S. embassy will email the beneficiary with instructions for the DNA sample collection appointment, including the date, time, and location. Please check your inbox and spam folder regularly to avoid missing important embassy communications.

How long will it take for me to receive my DNA results?

Turnaround times for the  entire DNA testing depends on the embassy’s workload. Typically, results are available within 6 to 8 weeks, though processing times may be longer in some cases. 

Once all DNA samples arrive at the lab testing and analysis is completed within 3 business days on average. After testing is completed the lab will mail a copy of your result on behalf of your family to USCIS or the U.S. embassy in Santo Domingo.

Will my DNA results be accepted by USCIS? 

Yes. All legal DNA testing services and analysis are provided by our partner AABB accredited lab. The accreditation ensures your results will be accepted by USCIS. All DNA results must meet 99.99% probability of biological relationship for an immigration to strongly consider issuance of a visa.

Will my DNA results be accepted by the U.S. Embassy in the Dominican Republic?

Yes. All legal DNA testing services and analysis are provided by our partner AABB accredited lab.
